In the beginning of Resident Evil 5, the menacing Executioner Majini certainly made a lasting impression! However don't forget about the other one, Mr. Sunglasses. What surprising ability did Mr. Sunglasses showcase within the game?

  • Attack power equal to that of the Executioner Majini

    15%

  • The ability to sniff out BSAA agents who are hiding

    77%

  • The ability to stack produce within the stage

    8%

First let's look at A, "Attack power equal to that of the Executioner Majini".

During the battle, Mr. Sunglasses comes running at Chris and Sheva holding the megaphone. I thought the megaphone might have galactic-level destructive powers, but as it turns out, it's just a regular megaphone and his attack power is nothing special, so this isn't the right answer. Man, he had me worried too...

Mr. Sunglasses is coming after Chris!
In his hand...is a normal megaphone.

Next, let's take a look at C, "The ability to stack produce within the stage".

...Produce? You may be thinking. If you're having trouble recalling, check out the screenshot below! While it looks like a regular pile of fruit, it's a lot harder than it looks! This could be the work of Mr. Sunglasses...but since no such scene exists in-game, this is also not the correct answer!

Check out this impressive display of fruit! So well done, it could easily be used as a front-of-shop display!

That means that the correct answer is B, "The ability to sniff out BSAA agents who are hiding".

With all the Majini gathered and going wild in the square, Mr. Sunglasses was able to notice Chris and Sheva hiding in the shack from quite a distance away! What a guy! I wish he'd played a bigger role in the game...

Being able to notice this is pretty incredible, don't you think? If we were playing paintball, I'd want him on my team as a scout.
