One of the easter eggs in the Resident Evil Revelations 2 concept teaser trailer is the handprint.

Handprints appear in Resident Evil Revelations as bonus collectibles, and can usually be found…who am I kidding, they're almost impossible to find! Their location in the game often made me ask myself how they got there, like some kinds of graffiti you see around town.
Still it was worth finding them all, keep looking if you haven't yet, you won't be disappointed!
