My game data is not synching on Resident Evil.Net

If you have linked your accounts, the following issues can cause your data to not sync:

- You are not playing the game with the account you linked to Resident Evil.Net

- Your game data is not being sent to Resident Evil.Net

Please make sure that the game account you registered is the same account you are using to play. Your gaming account is displayed near the RE Points total on your Overview on Resident Evil.Net.

(Please see the relevant FAQ section for details on how to access your Overview.)

<Via mobile site or smartphone app>

1. Log into Resident Evil.Net.

2. After login, select the Main Menu displayed at the top of the screen.

3. Select Overview from the displayed menu.

If the accounts are the same, please make sure that your gaming platform is connected to the internet, and reconfirm the Auto Data Upload setting in the in-game Options menu to send your data.

You should then be able to sync your data using the Synchronization button on your Resident Evil.Net Overview.

My previously synched game data is no longer synching

The following issues can cause your data to not sync:

- You are not playing the game with the account you linked to Resident Evil.Net
- The Auto Data Upload setting in the in-game Options menu has been disabled
(Note that if the setting is disabled, your data will not be sent until the setting has been reconfirmed. This setting can be disabled by the game in the event of a network error.)

When is my data sent to Resident Evil.Net?

If your gaming platform is connected to the internet, the game will send your data at the following times:

- When you reconfirm the Auto Data Upload setting in the in-game Options menu
- When your data is saved just after a Results screen has been closed
(You must have enabled the Auto Data Upload setting.)

Event data is only sent after Results screens (i.e. event data can not be sent by reconfirming the Auto Data Upload setting).

My event score is not updating.

If your score or rank is out of the rankings it will be displayed as "-" or "0".

When are online event rankings updated?

How do I unlock extra costumes?

The two kinds of extra costumes are unlocked in different ways:
EX2 Costumes: Can be unlocked with RE Points
EX3 Costumes: Can be unlocked using EX tickets, which are earned in Online Events.
(Both can be unlocked on the Game Items page under Unlockable Items on the side menu.)

The costumes I unlocked are not showing up in the game.

In order to unlock the costumes in-game, you must have enabled the Auto Data Upload setting in the in-game Options menu, and your gaming system must be connected to the internet.
Your costume will be unlocked in-game when the game connects to the server during game launch, or after data has been sent by reconfirming the Auto Data Upload setting.

What is the Agent Level?

The Agent Level on Resident Evil.Net is a measure of how many enemies you have defeated.
When you play as an Agent, you accumulate experience points (EXP) as you defeat enemies, and your Agent Level increases each time you reach a set amount of EXP.

My Agent Level has gone down.

If you delete or replace your game data with an earlier backup, your Agent Level may be adjusted to match the new data.

My Agent Level is not increasing.

Your Agent Level can stop increasing for the following reasons:

  • You have reached the maximum Agent Level.
  • Data you have uploaded did not match the previous data, for instance because you deleted your previous save data and started a new save, or have reverted to a previously backed up save file.
*Your Agent level start to increase again after a certain amount of time if you continue using the new file.
What is the Creature Level?

Your Creature Level on Resident Evil.Net is a measure of the number of Agents you have defeated. When you play as a creature, you gain experience points (EXP) as you defeate Agents, your Creature Level increases each time you reach a set amount of EXP.
