What are the decorations displayed at the top of my Overview?

As you play the game you will be awarded various decorations and trophies, which also serve as a quick summary of your current progress. The number of Records you have unlocked is displayed above the crests. Please see the Records page for more detailed information.

What is "Game completion"?

This displays a summary of your in-game progress. Story Mode and Raid Mode are tracked separately.

What is "Raid Play Style"?

These two graphs offer an interpretation of how you play the game.

The graph on the left represents your overall mastery of the game: you move to the right as you earn Medallions, and upwards as you improve your total clear time for all stages.

The graph on the right represents your combat style: you will appear on the left if you tend to stay close to enemies, and to the right if you prefer to keep your distance. You move upwards as your accuracy increases. The color represents the distribution across all players, the hotter the color the more common the style.

You are also given a title depending on your play style for each graph, although please note this has no effect on the game itself.

I met one or more of the conditions on the Records page, but I was not awarded any points.

If you are using the PC browser site: On the Records page, push the "Collect RE Points" button displayed next to each Record you have completed to receive the points.

If you are using the Smartphone site: Push "Main menu", followed by "Records". Push the "Collect RE Points" button displayed next to each Record you have completed to receive the points.

What can I use RE Points for?

If you are using the PC browser site: RE Points can be used on the Unlockables page to unlock various items. Items are split into "Game Items" and "Web Items".

If you are using the Smartphone site: RE Points can be used on the Unlockables page under the Main menu to unlock various items. Items are split into "Game Items" and "Web Items".

- Game Items: Parts Chests, Gold, and other items that can be sent to the game.

- Web Items: Icons, Wallpaper, Diorama figures and stages, and other items for use on RE NET.

(Please see "How do I send items from Resident Evil.Net to the game?" for further information on transferring items to the game.)

What are Parts Chests?

Parts Chests contain parts for use in the game.

The contents of each Parts Chest is only revealed when it is moved to the Transfer Box on the Transfer Items page.

How can I change the icon displayed next to my health bar in Raid Mode?

The game retrieves the icon when entering the Vestibule. You will need to relaunch the game if you have changed your icon on Resident Evil.Net, and would like new icon to display in Raid Mode.

My score for Online Events isn't updating.

You must meet all of the following requirements in order for your data to be accepted for Online Events:

- Your gaming account must be linked with your CAPCOM Account

- The "Connect to RE NET" setting must be enabled in the in-game Options menu.

- You must remain connected to the internet when you play for events, and your game must send valid event data.

- Your score will fail to send if you are offline or if a network error occurs. Any scores that fail to send are permanently lost and will not be sent by the game during a later upload (this can also occur if Resident Evil.Net is undergoing maintenance).

(Please see below for details on how to link your accounts.)

Can I earn more than one reward for an Online Event?

Yes.

As long as you meet the requirements for a reward, you will receive the reward when the Event is over. As an example, if you ranked 95 for an Event, and there are separate rewards for achieving rank 1,000 or higher and rank 100 or higher, you will earn both rewards.

When are Event rankings updated?

Online Event rankings are updated every 6 hours, and are not displayed in realtime (there may be a short delay before all of the rankings are processed depending on the number of participants).

My score for an event is displayed as "0" or "-".

Your score or rank can show up as "0" or "-" if you are currently placed outside the ranking limit.

Please also keep in mind that rankings are not updated in realtime, please see "When are Event rankings updated" for more information.

I receive a message saying "Unable to connect to Resident Evil.Net" in the game.

This error can occur for one of the two reasons below:

1. The game account you are using has not been linked with a CAPCOM Account.

Please link your game and CAPCOM Accounts if you have not already done so (see the "Account link" > "How do I link my accounts" question for more information)

If you are logged in with a CAPCOM Account on RE NET, please check that you are using the linked game account to play one of the supported games.

Please see "My game data is not updating on Resident Evil.Net" for more details on what to do if you are playing with a game account that is different to the one currently linked with your CAPCOM Account.

2. Your accounts are linked, but are not able to communicate correctly with one another.

Please try playing the game again after logging in to RE NET, and accessing the page below (the link is different depending on your platform):

 PS3

PS4

Xbox 360

Xbox One

Steam

Log in with your game account if you are prompted to (if you are not logged in to your CAPCOM Account you will be shown the "About Resident Evil.Net" page. Please push the CAPCOM Account login" button to continue).

If your accounts are already linked you will be shown the linked game account.

I am unable to receive items from the site even though the button says "transferring"

You can send items to the game only after your data has been synced. You must also have played Raid mode up to and including the first evaluation at the jukebox.

Items can be received when Raid mode starts, and when you are returned to the Vestibule after each mission.

Reload the Transfer Items page after receiving the items to change the button back to "Send".

Up to 999 previously transferred items can be viewed in the transfer log.
